ClickPoint Launches LeadPI, a Lead Provider Credentialing Platform

LeadPI, a Credentialing Platform that Connects Lead Buyers and Lead Providers
We are really excited to announce ClickPoint's launch of the Lead Performance Index (LeadPI). Our goal is to establish a new standard for lead provider verification. LeadPI is a no-cost credentialing platform that gives lead buyers a way to find and vet lead providers, and gives lead providers a way to build and display a verified performance record. The platform is independent, open to any buyer or provider, and built around a cumulative rating derived from verified lead submission history.
LeadPI is built in partnership with our friends at Trestle, whose verification data is at the heart of the index scoring.
We are frequently asked for buyer and seller referrals. Since we work with lead providers through LeadExec and lead buyers through SalesExec, we have relationships on both sides of the market. The problem is, we can't make introductions without appearing biased, and we can't guarantee the relationship will be fruitful. If it goes sideways, that reflects on us. Still, we get these requests all the time.
That's how the Lead Performance Index came about.
Transparency
Until now, there has been no neutral place for buyers and lead providers to find each other with real transparency. Buyers relied on referrals, trial runs, and reputation to evaluate providers before engaging. Lead providers who consistently delivered quality had no standardized way to show it. Both sides were essentially asking to be taken on faith, and that's a slow, inefficient way to build working relationships. LeadPI exists to give both sides something better.
Lead Provider Ratings
LeadPI assigns each lead provider a Lead Performance Index, a cumulative rating built from verified submission history. Each batch a provider submits is scored using Trestle verification data alongside compliance checks and submission consistency. Those scores accumulate over time into a single rating that reflects how a provider actually performs, not how they represent themselves. Consistent performance builds the index, and inconsistency brings it down, which is what makes it a more reliable credential than anything self-reported.

Buyer Reviews
Trestle verification data measures lead quality at the contact level. Buyer reviews capture what verification data cannot: how a provider actually performs as a business partner. Reviews from registered LeadPI accounts contribute a weighted factor to the Lead Performance Index alongside the Trestle verification inputs, reflecting real sourcing experience including provider responsiveness, fulfillment reliability, and conversion performance. Together with the Trestle verification data, reviews give buyers a more complete picture of a provider before any engagement begins.
Lead Buyer Value
LeadPI gives buyers a place to find and evaluate lead providers before any conversation begins. Buyers can search the platform by vertical, filter by Lead Performance Index rating, and reach out directly to providers who meet their standards. The discovery happens on the buyer's terms, based on verified performance data rather than inbound pitches or word of mouth.
Lead Vendor Value
For lead providers, LeadPI creates a credential that builds with every batch submitted. Providers who earn a strong Lead Performance Index can display a LeadPI badge on their own site, giving buyers who find them anywhere a verifiable quality credential rather than a marketing claim. Consistent quality is the only path to a strong rating, which is what gives the badge real weight with buyers who see it.

LeadExec User Data
A LeadExec account is not required to earn a Lead Performance Index rating. Any lead provider can submit batches, build their rating, and display the LeadPI badge. For providers already on LeadExec, API-level account access allows us to verify and display additional verified data directly on their LeadPI profile: confirmed submission volume and the specific compliance features the provider has enabled, including TCPA, Trestle contact verification, and DNC.com. These are pulled via API and reflect the provider's actual account configuration, not self-reported claims. This layer sits alongside the Lead Performance Index without affecting it.
Scoring with Trestle
Each lead in a submitted batch is run through Trestle's verification APIs individually. The Real Contact API confirms whether a phone number is active and connected to a real user. The Phone Validation API validates the number in real time and flags disconnected lines. The Reverse Phone API enriches the record with identity data, and the Reverse Address API validates the physical location against known contact information. Together, these checks produce a contact verification result for each lead in the batch.
Those individual results average into a composite score for the batch. Each subsequent batch factors into a running cumulative average, weighted toward more recent submissions so the index reflects current performance rather than being anchored to early history. Badges are allocated quarterly, so providers have a clear benchmark period, and buyers know what timeframe the credential reflects.
Data Integrity
LeadPI does not retain any individual lead data. Once a batch is scored, the underlying lead records are deleted and only the composite score is kept. Clients have trusted ClickPoint to process their lead data through LeadExec and SalesExec for over 20 years, and the same data handling standards that govern those platforms apply to LeadPI.
The lead industry has never had a shared standard for provider performance. LeadPI is designed to fill that gap, and the ratings become more meaningful as more providers participate. Buyers get better data, providers get more visibility, and the relationships that follow are built on something verifiable.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I look for when choosing a lead provider?
Look for verified submission history, compliance with TCPA and DNC regulations, and consistent lead quality over time. A provider's Lead Performance Index on LeadPI reflects all three, built from verified batch data rather than self-reported claims.
How do I find a lead provider in my vertical?
LeadPI lets buyers search and filter lead providers by vertical, so you can identify providers who specialize in your market before reaching out. Every provider listing includes a Lead Performance Index rating built from verified submission history.
How do I know if a lead provider is compliant?
Look for providers who have enabled TCPA consent verification, Trestle contact verification, and DNC.com screening. LeadPI surfaces verified compliance features on provider profiles, so buyers can confirm what safeguards a provider has in place before engaging.
How do I find lead buyers for my vertical?
LeadPI gives lead providers access to buyers who are actively searching by vertical and filtering by performance rating. Creating a profile and building your Lead Performance Index puts you in front of buyers looking for verified providers in your space.
How do I build credibility as a lead provider?
Credibility in the lead industry comes from a verifiable track record, not marketing claims. Submitting batches consistently through LeadPI builds a Lead Performance Index that compounds over time and can be displayed as a badge on your own site.
How do I get my leads in front of more buyers?
LeadPI gives lead providers direct visibility to buyers who are actively searching for verified providers in their vertical. Buyers can find your profile, review your Lead Performance Index, and contact you directly through the platform.
