Written by  [Gabriel Buck](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/author/gabriel-buck)  ·  May 4, 2020  ·  Last modified January 17, 2022 ## Sync your appointments created in ClickPoint with your Office 365 Calendar Users can sync their Appointments made via [Actions](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2472043-using-actions-to-update-leads), the  [Main Calendar](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2474564-navigate-calendar-and-appointments), the  [Lead Manager Screen](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2471997-navigate-the-lead-manager-screen), or the  [Lead Details Screen](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2474343-navigate-lead-details) to their Office 365 Calendar.   Setup This feature is available for use to any user who has an active user seat within ClickPoint. - To configure, navigate to the [Integrations](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2474220-salesexec-integrations-overview) page located within Settings. - Within the Calendar Sync section of the Integrations Page, enable by selecting the toggle to **Active. **From here, select **View.** ![Calendar Sync](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/CalendarSync_IntegrationPage.png?width=1165&height=138&name=CalendarSync_IntegrationPage.png) - Select **Authorize **within the Office 365 Settings. You may be prompted within a new tab in your default browser to authorize your Office 365 credentials. ![Office 365 Sync Enabled](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/image.png?width=958&height=341&name=image.png) - Following proper authentication, ClickPoint will go through and sync all of your appointments to your Office 365 Calendar and all appointments from your Office 365 Calendar to ClickPoint. ![Sync Integration](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/image1.png?width=961&height=390&name=image1.png) ## Removing Synced Appointments - You have the option to disable the sync process for any new appointments by disabling **Sync** within the Office 365 Settings. Should you want to remove all synced events, simply select **Clean.** ClickPoint will remove any appointments synced across both calendars. ![Enable Sync Clean](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/image2.png?width=957&height=433&name=image2.png) ## Navigating to the lead within Office 365. - The appointment synced to your Office 365 account will include a link back to the lead within ClickPoint. Select **Show Lead **within the appointment body. A new tab will open in your default browser, allowing easy navigation to the lead within ClickPoint. ![Calendar Sync Send Docs](https://blog.clickpointsoftware.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/CalendarSync_Appointment.jpg) ## The Sync Process - When an appointment is created within ClickPoint, that appointment is immediately synced to your Office 365 Account. This sync includes any [Attendees](https://intercom.help/clickpoint/en/articles/2474564-navigate-calendar-and-appointments) you have added to the appointment, providing those Attendees also have the integration enabled. - Updates to appointments which originated within ClickPoint, are immediately updated to your Office 365 Calendar. - Appointments originated within Office 365, are synced to ClickPoint every 15 minutes. This includes any changes made to any existing appointments within Office 365. - Appointments created within Office 365 are *not editable* appointments within ClickPoint.
