Phonexa LMS Sync vs LeadExec: What Each Includes and How Pricing Works

Phonexa LMS Sync and LeadExec compared on routing, ping-post, buyer billing, calls, setup and pricing, with each vendor's sources and check date.

Updated November 2026. Sources checked November 5, 2026.

Phonexa LMS Sync and LeadExec are both lead distribution software for businesses that buy and sell leads. Each one routes leads to buyers, runs ping-post auctions, and reports on buyers and lead sources. The two vendors package and price that work in different ways, and the packaging decides what a team pays for and which vendor handles billing and calls.

LeadExec publishes its prices, starting with a free Starter plan that includes 250 leads and 10,000 pings a month with no expiration. Phonexa LMS Sync is one product in Phonexa's suite, where calls, accounting, email and SMS, and click tracking carry their own product names, and Phonexa prices each package by custom quote.

Phonexa LMS Sync vs LeadExec at a glance

The two vendors differ most in packaging and pricing. LeadExec sells one product with four published plans, and its Client Portal and call features sit in that product. Phonexa LMS Sync handles lead tracking, routing, and ping post, Phonexa documents calls in Call Logic and invoicing in Books360, and Phonexa quotes prices on request. Each table row lists the vendor pages that support it.

Labels in the table: [Included] means the vendor's text says the product includes the function. [Separate product] means the vendor documents the function under another product name. [Listed, packages not stated] means a pricing-page feature list names the function with no text saying which packages include it. [Pricing not published] and [Not documented on pages reviewed] describe what the vendor's public pages showed on November 5, 2026.

How this comparison was done

ClickPoint Software publishes the ClickPoint blog and develops LeadExec. The comparison applies one set of rules to both vendors: every fact comes from the vendor's own public pages, read on November 5, 2026, and each vendor faces the same ten criteria in the same order. Review sites, analyst reports, and comparisons written by other vendors supply no facts here.

The ten criteria are product contents, routing and ping-post, rejection handling and caps, lead screening, buyer billing, calls, setup and support, integrations, pricing, and ways to evaluate before buying. A function counts as included only when the vendor's text says so.

The comparison reads no plan or package coverage from check or dash icons on a pricing page, for LeadExec or for Phonexa. A function that a vendor documents under a separately named product carries that product's name, so Call Logic and Books360 appear as their own products beside LMS Sync.

Absence statements name their limit: "the pages reviewed document no free trial" describes the pages read on November 5, 2026, and nothing more. Prices come from published price lists only, and the comparison gives no estimate where a vendor publishes no price. Compliance tools fall outside the comparison for both vendors.

What Phonexa LMS Sync includes, and what sits in other Phonexa products

Phonexa LMS Sync covers lead tracking, lead distribution, lead analytics, real-time reporting, direct post and ping post, pre-purchase screening, and paid campaign monitoring. Phonexa sells calls, accounting, email and SMS, click tracking, and other functions as separately named products in one suite, and the pages reviewed leave the contents of any given quote unstated. Phonexa calls LMS Sync and Call Logic its two core products.

Phonexa describes itself as "an integrated pay per call and pay per lead software" for buyers, publishers, and affiliate networks. Phonexa's home page calls LMS Sync its pay per lead software and Call Logic its pay per call software.

Phonexa Call Logic tracks and distributes inbound calls, and Phonexa's Call Logic page calls LMS Sync its second core product, for leads. The same page says Phonexa integrates Call Logic and LMS Sync within its ecosystem.

Phonexa's product page lists the rest of the suite under separate names: E-Delivery for email and SMS marketing, Cloud PBX for a cloud phone system, Lynx for click tracking, HitMetrix for user behavior recording and analytics, Opt-Intel for suppression list management, and Books360 for automated accounting. AI Call Agents, "powered by Call Logic's IVR and conversational AI," has its own product page. The products page presents the suite as "Powerful alone. Better together." with a "Build my plan" option.

Phonexa documents iClear pre-purchase screening for LMS Sync, and the LMS Sync page refers to "the built-in iClear module." Phonexa's pricing page lists iClear under system-wide add-ons, and Phonexa's ValidRecord brand also sells iClear on its own site.

Phonexa LMS Sync reports compare publishers on "leads posted, sold, rejected, redirects, and payouts" and track lead acceptance rates across buyers and lead sources. The LMS Sync lead distribution page lists buyer metrics including leads offered, leads sold, send errors, timeouts, accept rate, rejections, cost per lead, accepted lead price, and total revenue.

What LeadExec includes

LeadExec is lead distribution software for lead sellers and enterprise organizations distributing leads internally. LeadExec documents routing, ping-post, buyer billing through the Client Portal, and call features under one product name. ClickPoint publishes four LeadExec plans, from a free Starter plan to Premium at $2,500/mo billed monthly or $2,000/mo billed annually, and the pricing page lists the limits for each.

LeadExec captures leads from vendors, lead sources, forms, publishers, affiliates, and phone campaigns. LeadExec delivers leads through APIs, HTTP POST or GET, JSON, XML, webhooks, email, SMS, live call transfer, and the branded Client Portal, according to the LeadExec product page.

LeadExec reporting includes custom pivot reports, real-time ROI, and lead forecasting, and LeadExec syncs lead data with Power BI and Tableau.

Lead routing and ping-post

Both platforms run ping-post auctions and rule-based routing to buyers. LeadExec combines a list of routing methods with Revenue Optimization, which picks between exclusive and shared sales by combined revenue. Phonexa's LMS Sync lead distribution page names six lead distribution flows, and Phonexa adds shared-lead selling, bid multipliers, and timeouts at several levels. Phonexa's ping post page says existing clients get ping post included in their subscription.

LeadExec supports price-based, priority, weighted, percentage, and round-robin distribution, plus waterfall routing, concurrent delivery, geographic routing, and real-time ping-post bidding. Routing methods can work together in one workflow.

LeadExec runs ping-post in two steps, as the LeadExec ping-post page describes. The ping sends partial lead data with no personally identifiable information to eligible buyers and collects bids, and the post delivers the full lead to the winning buyer. LeadExec can ping every eligible buyer in a ping tree in parallel during its buyer scan and compares buyers who bid dynamically with buyers who pay a fixed price.

Revenue Optimization compares exclusive, shared, and semi-exclusive scenarios and selects the one with greater combined revenue, such as three semi-exclusive buyers at $40 ($120) over one exclusive buyer at $100. The advanced lead distribution page describes the feature.

Phonexa LMS Sync supports "Price-based, Priority-Based, Weight-Based, Parallel Pings (higher price), Ping Post, and Even distribution flows," according to the LMS Sync lead distribution page. The LMS Sync page says Phonexa sets distribution strategy at the product, ping tree, and campaign level, and a direct post sends a lead to a predetermined buyer.

Phonexa's ping post sends non-PII lead data to eligible campaigns, waits for buyer responses within the configured timeouts, and sends the full lead to the winning buyer, as the LMS Sync ping post page describes. Phonexa sets timeouts at the global, campaign, ping tree, and publisher levels, and the smallest limit applies.

Phonexa's ping tree page adds "Parallel Pings: All Sold," which sells shared leads to several eligible buyers at once, plus Smart Tree and Multi-Sell routing branches and Dynamic Bid Multipliers based on location or lead type.

Rejections, fallbacks and buyer caps

Both platforms send a rejected lead onward and let sellers cap buyer volume. After a rejection, timeout, or delivery error, LeadExec can retry, continue down a waterfall, route to another buyer, or send the lead to Quality Control. Phonexa LMS Sync offers rejected leads to other buyers in turn until a buyer accepts or the distribution criteria run out, and sets hourly, daily, monthly, and concurrent caps for buyers.

LeadExec documents buyer caps and delivery schedules, and the LeadExec product page says unsold leads move to the next eligible buyer. LeadExec records delivery attempts, buyer responses, failures, fallback routing, and postback events for each lead, according to the advanced lead distribution page.

Phonexa's ping tree page documents waterfall failovers for leads no buyer accepts, buyer acceptance criteria that limit pings to ready buyers, and ping delivery speed and timeout thresholds. The LMS Sync lead distribution page adds a maximum lead processing time setting.

Buyer billing, invoicing and payments

LeadExec handles buyer billing in the product itself. Buyers manage orders, invoices, payments, and returns in the branded Client Portal, with Stripe and Authorize.net integrations for payment collection. Phonexa handles invoicing in Books360, a separately named accounting product that counts leads bought or sold in LMS Sync or Call Logic and attributes them to invoices sent to buyers and sellers.

The Books360 page says Books360 "comes with no extra cost as part of the Phonexa marketing suite." Phonexa's features page lists payout preferences including bank payments, ACH payments, and PayPal.

Phonexa's pricing page lists Prepaid Buyers and Buyer Notifications and Automation on its feature list, with no text stating which packages include them.

Calls alongside leads

LeadExec documents direct call transfers and a drag-and-drop call flow designer. The LeadExec pricing page lists local numbers at $3.00, toll-free numbers at $4.00, and calls at $0.050 per minute on Growth and Agency and $0.045 per minute on Premium. Phonexa runs calls in Call Logic, a separately named core product with an IVR, a call flow builder, ping post for calls, and minutes that vary by package.

LeadExec's pay-per-call page describes an IVR with natural language processing and Dynamic Number Insertion for pay-per-call campaigns. LeadExec's Call Sound Studio creates custom welcome announcements and supports more than 100 languages.

Phonexa Call Logic documents an IVR, a drag-and-drop call flow builder, toll-free and vanity tracking numbers, DNI, overflow routing, and Ping Post Calls 2.0, according to the Call Logic page. Phonexa's pricing page lists call recording and AI Call Agents on the Call Logic card and says Call Logic "Includes minutes, with volume varying by package."

Setup, support and onboarding

LeadExec plans include account setup hours: 1 hour on Starter, 4 on Growth, 6 on Agency, and 8 on Premium, with extra hours from $155 an hour. Phonexa includes Managed Services with a dedicated point of contact, configuration support, and up to 4 training sessions a month, plus 6 product builds and 20 API builds by the Phonexa team, with $149.00 for each additional build.

LeadExec support on the Starter plan is 24-hour chat, and the Growth, Agency, and Premium plans add an account manager to chat support. LeadExec's AI Assist maps fields automatically during configuration.

Phonexa's pricing page describes SLA-driven support "with standard configurations completed in just a few business days." The LMS Sync page says Phonexa gives all clients unlimited support for setting up and using LMS Sync and Call Logic and any included features and components.

Integrations

LeadExec lists integrations with IPQualityScore, Twilio, Abstract API, SmartyStreets, Gravity Forms, Unbounce, Go High Level, Wix, Mailparser, and Jotform, and connects to 6,000+ apps through Zapier. Phonexa says it "seamlessly integrates with any platform that supports API connectivity" and names partners across advertising, call center, CRM, analytics, email, payments, SMS, and fraud prevention categories.

The LeadExec integrations page sorts its integrations into categories that include lead capture, phone validation, and address validation.

Phonexa's integrations page names partners including Salesforce, HubSpot, Five9, VICIdial, Dialpad, Google Ads, Everflow, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Stripe, Tipalti, Corpay, Twilio, Anura, and Xverify.

Pricing: published plans vs custom quotes

LeadExec publishes four plans, starting with a free Starter plan, and lists included leads, pings, setup hours, and support for each one. Phonexa publishes no package prices and asks prospective clients for a custom quote, and its pricing page states that LMS Sync pings and posts and Call Logic minutes vary by package. A side-by-side cost figure needs a Phonexa quote.

LeadExec plan Billed monthly Billed annually (per month) Leads a month Pings a month Account setup Support
Starter $0 $0 Up to 250 Up to 10,000 1 hour 24-hour chat
Growth $825 $660 10,000 100,000 4 hours Chat + Account Manager
Agency $1,650 $1,320 50,000 1,000,000 6 hours Chat + Account Manager
Premium $2,500 $2,000 100,000 5,000,000 8 hours Chat + Account Manager

LeadExec annual billing gives a 20% discount and requires full payment for the year upfront, according to the LeadExec plan guide. The same guide says LeadExec pauses reception of additional leads when a Starter account reaches 250 leads in a month.

LeadExec usage fees sit outside the plan prices: lead data validation for phone and email costs $0.02 per check, and USPS address enrichment costs $0.01 per check.

Phonexa: pricing not published. Phonexa's pricing page offers "Get a Custom Quote," prices product and API builds beyond the included allowance at $149.00 each, and leaves unstated which suite products a quote includes.

Which platform fits which business

LeadExec fits lead sellers and enterprise organizations distributing leads internally that want ping-post, buyer billing through the Client Portal, and calls in one product, with published plan prices and a free Starter plan for evaluation. Phonexa LMS Sync fits affiliate networks and pay-per-lead businesses that want vendor-run setup through included managed services, plan to run leads with Call Logic or other Phonexa products, and accept quote-based pricing.

The LeadExec vs Phonexa LMS Sync feature comparison on the ClickPoint site covers the same pair as a feature table, and all LeadExec comparisons list other vendors.
